The system, consisting of automatic transverse tensile testing and surface soundness test, automatic raw density profile measurement with the GreCon DAX 6000 and automatic moisture measurement with the microwave moisture analyser GreCon MM 6000, allows permanent process monitoring and thus a timely detection of faults. Reduced waste and costs achieved by a high repeating accuracy in the testing process, reduced tolerance limits and resulting savings of glue and personnel costs lead to a short pay-off time. The system developed by SYNEX TECH is distributed worldwide by Fagus-GreCon.
